Services
Cranio Sacral Therapy (Adult and Pediatric)

CraniolSacral therapy is a light touch modality that is performed with the client fully clothed and no draping is needed. The therapy involves gentile lifts of the cranial bones in the treatment of the cranial suture lines, dura mater/membrane system, cerebral spinal fluid, and other central nervous system structures. Because the nervous system essentially controls the entire body, the therapy is extremely versatile.
The term CranioSacral Therapy is interchangeable with "Cranial Sacral Therapy". CranioSacral Therapy is a trademarked term by the Upledger Institute to show that training was completed through the Upledger Institute curriculum.
We are currently treating all ages from newborn to geriatrics. All child and adolescent clients will be given the option to be evaluated for Retained Primitive Nerve Reflexes at their CranioSacral Treatment sessions as well as given integration suggestions.

Visceral Manipulation

Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual therapy that aids your body's ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction. Visceral Manipulation, or VM, does not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem. The VM therapist feels for altered or decreased motion within the viscera, as well as restrictive patterns throughout the body and then applies VM techniques.
This modality is done with the patient fully clothed and no draping required. Access to the skin of the abdomen will be required in most patients. Many maneuvers are done seated or in the supine position. Sessions may spend a great amount of time on the evaluation to make the treatment as precise as possible.

Sessions will only be scheduled for 60 minutes at 20-30 days apart to allow the body enough time to adjust.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is a light touch, short stroke massage done without cream or oil. It increases lymphatic return (metabolic waste, swelling and other toxins) by 3 times for up to 72 hours. This service is clinically shown to improve swelling/edema, esthetics, recovery, and mobilizing fat for weight loss. The client is draped for this service.

Reiki

At its core Reiki is simply a laying of hands. This energetic modality is both relaxing and restorative. No draping is required for this service.

Myofascial Release (Adult & Pediatric)

A gentile Therapy that decreases restrictions in the fascial system caused by trauma, surgery or inflammation in the body. This therapy is long and short stroke done without cream or oil and typically requires draping. It can be passive or active-assistive based on the client’s tolerance and preference.
Pediatric - the therapist works at the pace of your infant or young child. Please note that treatment time in the session may be shorter as the therapist works with the behavior of the little ;-).

Clinical & Traditional Massage

CLINICAL- This service is unlike a traditional massage. Our Certified Athletic Trainers combine their expertise with the touch of massage. Many modalities may be integrated into this service and is designed to address a specific area request of the client. Relaxation can be found in the "Massage" service. A physician script or referral will be required for therapeutic exercise home programs and electrical stimulation (please bring it to the service if you require those options.)
TRADITIONAL- This service is customizable to your needs and includes deep tissue, swedish, MFR massage styles among specific techniques by your therapist. Draping is required for this service. Our staff utilizes Biotone Muscle and Joint Relief massage cream in these services.

Traditional - Draping is required for this service and is offered at 30, 60, 90and 120 min options.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy : HBOT

This therapy is used as off label only. It increases the oxygen saturation in the blood plasma thereby increasing oxygen delivery to the tissues. Most sessions are 60 minutes in length and require multiple sessions for optimum outcomes. Packages are available in 10 and 20 units. Oxygen supplementation is not used for this service.
Immediate benefits include antioxidant production and an anti-inflammatory response. Angiogenesis occurs around session 20-40.
Acute injury: 5-10 sessions
Chronic Injury: 10-15 sessions
Significant tissue damage: 20-40 sessions.
Pediatric clients must enter the chamber with a parent or guardian. Individuals must be able to clear ears.
Consider pairing with your body work service to enhance your therapies.
We are currently not accepting clients that are under active chemotherapy orders, acute Lyme disease (Yes to chronic Lyme), mid to late stage dementia or individuals diagnosed with autism. There are other contraindications to this modality. Our IBUM technician is available to answer your questions.
Individuals must be agile in the quadruped position to enter and exit the chamber.

HBOT is offered at 60 minutes. Longer sessions must be approved by our IBUM technician.
Stretch & Recover

This service is designed for a deep stretch utilizing various PNF techniques, static holds, breath, and joint mobilizations (if indicated.) The Normatec HyperIce intermittent compression machine is built into the service at 20 or 30min on the legs for lymphatic return.
No draping is required but shorts or stretchy/ loose fitting clothes are a must.

Maternal Support

Maternal Support massage uses a holistic approach tailored to women at every stage of their maternal journey, whether they are seeking help with infertility, expecting or postpartum. We integrate techniques such as lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, scar massage/care, myofascial Release, and traditional pregnancy massage. We want our clients to feel supported physically and emotional in their well-being and empower women with knowledge about their own body to help approach motherhood with confidence, connection and self-awareness
