Rebecca Hall, MS, ATC, LAT, LMT, IBUM
LEAD THERAPIST & HBOT TECHNICIAN
Rebecca has nearly a decade of manual therapy experience at the division 1 level as an athletic trainer. She holds an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She brings this experience to the clinical massage table with specialties in MFR, deep tissue, manual lymphatics and so much more. Her MFR training includes the Great Lakes Seminars and the John Barns curriculum. Her training in Manual Lymphatics is through the Chikly Institute. She is also a our resident Hyperbaric Technician with certifications through the IBUM. She has a zeal for working with Moms (or mamas-to-be) and children, as well as athletes of any age, and utilizes her diverse background to serve her clients.

Ben Austin - LMT
MASSAGE & ATHLETE SPECIALIST
Ben is a lifelong athlete with a background as a collegiate soccer player and a current competitive marathon runner. His deep understanding of the athletic body—both in performance and recovery—makes him our go-to massage specialist at Happy Valley Bodyworks.
Ben brings a highly skilled and intuitive approach to bodywork, drawing on his extensive training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Facilitation, Structural Integration, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Pre & Post Event Sports Massage. His sessions are both restorative and performance-enhancing, tailored to each client’s physical demands and goals.
Known for his results-driven techniques and understanding of high-performance bodies, Ben is especially popular with our male clientele and endurance athletes, including runners and triathletes. Whether you're recovering from training or prepping for your next event, Ben’s bodywork will help you move and feel your best.

Helen Melville - LMT
LIGHT TOUCH SPECIALIST
Helen is a Spring Mills, PA native and our resident light touch specialist at Happy Valley Bodyworks. With a calm and intuitive presence, she offers a deeply therapeutic experience rooted in CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and other gentle, restorative massage techniques.
In addition to her work with people, Helen brings a lifelong passion for horses and is our resident equine expert. With years of experience under saddle and specialized training in the Masterson Method, she offers a unique perspective on bodywork for both humans and animals. Helen will soon be offering outcall equine bodywork services, extending her healing touch to the horse community.
Her sessions are especially suited for clients seeking a gentler approach to healing and balance—whether you're managing chronic tension, stress, or just in need of deep relaxation.

Brandon Hollern - LMT, MMP
THAI AND LOMI LOMI MASSAGE SPECIALIST
Brandon is a licensed massage therapist with 10 years of clinical experience. He focuses his craft to help clients understand the fundamentals of their physical structure, learn how to listen to their bodies, and discover what their bodies truly need—because no two people are alike.
His approach integrates both modern clinical techniques and traditional methods, offering clients a deeply personalized treatment experience. He does this through training that includes an international certification in Medical Massage (MMP), Thai massage, Lomi Lomi, along with a strong background in clinical massage therapy for musculoskeletal injury and reconditioning. His CranoSacral therapy training is through the Upledger Institute.
Brandon is also our resident Thai Massage specialist. The traditional Thai massage program is structured for those seeking advanced therapeutic bodywork as part of a consistent wellness plan.

Zach Kavo MS, ATC, LAT, IBUM
HBOT & RECOVERY SPECIALIST
Zach Kavo is a certified and licensed athletic trainer with over 10 years of experience working with high school and collegiate athletes. Specializing in sports injury prevention, recovery, and performance, Zach has spent much of his career supporting student-athletes and hockey players of all ages.
At Happy Valley Bodyworks, Zach leads our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) program and oversees our Stretch & Recovery program, helping clients bounce back faster and move better. His sessions are known for being both effective and educational, empowering athletes to understand their bodies and optimize their performance.
In addition to recovery services, Zach is available for customized therapeutic exercise programs, designed to aid rehabilitation, increase mobility, and reduce injury risk.

Kelly Saxton - MS, ATC, LAT, LMT, CST-T
OWNER
Kelly has over 20 years of manual therapy experience. She holds an undergraduate degree in Athletic Training and a Masters degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She is a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer with over 16 years of Division 1 athletics experience as well as the privilege of being the serving athletic trainer for 3 NCAA national championship teams. She currently practices CranioSacral Therapy (Upldeger Certified), Visceral Manipulation (Barral), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Chikly) and is also certified in Cupping. Kelly brings nearly two decades of experience in Sports Medicine to the massage table, working with clients with a variety of pain and orthopedic challenges.

Kyle Luciano
INTERN
Kyle brings nearly a decade of experience as a facilitator of healing. His journey began with a focus on the physical body as an EMT before transitioning to the realm of mental health as a Behavioral Health Technician counselor. In his counseling roles, he employed trauma-informed modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, working with high-risk populations. These diverse experiences fostered a profound understanding of trauma in the energetic and physical body, igniting a desire to explore holistic healing approaches. Kyle completed an 18-month apprenticeship program in shamanic spirit medicine. Currently, he is expanding his repertoire of healing modalities through a CranioSacral Training program at the Vaajma Academy in Norway. Kyle is exclusively in a staff supervised learning/volunteer role with Happy Valley Bodyworks to help fulfill part of his training program requirements .
