Clinical & Traditional Massage
Traditional Massage - Customizable to your needs and includes deep tissue, Swedish, MFR, among other specific techniques by your therapist.
Clinical -Our Certified Athletic Trainers combine their expertise with the touch of massage.
Stretch & Recover
Increase range of movement and recover with with an hour of therapist or Athletic Trainer assisted stretching combined with joint mobilization and Normatec Recovery system for lymphatic return.
CranioSacral
Pediatric and Adult
The therapy involves gentile lifts of the cranial bones in the treatment of the cranial suture lines, dural mater/membrane system, cerebral spinal fluid, and other central nervous system structures. Dual practitioner sessions are available on request.
Pediatric - includes primitive reflex retention evaluation and integration exercises
Lymphatic
A light touch, short stroke massage that increases lymphatic return (metabolic waste, swelling and other toxins) by 3 times for up to 72 hours.
Great for orthopedic injury, pre /post surgery, oncology and more.
Visceral Manipulation
A gentle manual therapy that aids your body's ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction.
Myofascial Release
Pediatric and Adult
Hands on gentle stretching of the various fascial layers with some active involvement of the client.
Great for chronic conditions and infants with torticollis and other movement challenges.
Maternal Support
Experience support at every stage of the maternal journey from infertility, expecting to postpartum care. This service integrates Lymphatic drainage, CranioSacral therapy, scar care, myofascial release and visceral manipulation with traditional pregnancy massage.
Primitive Reflex Integration
A comprehensive program coming in 2026. Using the latest rehabilitation techniques and technology; this program will include options for parents on their journey of health for their child. We will be offering Intensive programs and at home guided programs with periodic check in’s with our certified therapist.

Photobiomodulation Therapy
Low Level Cold Laser (Red and Infrared)
A non-invasive modality that utilizes specific red and infrared wavelengths to modulate cellular function and support tissue recovery. The Avant PRO device delivers targeted photonic energy to influence mitochondrial activity, increase ATP production, and promote improved microcirculation within the treated region.
This modality is integrated into care plans for patients with musculoskeletal pain, inflammation, neurological dysfunction, or tissue-healing deficits. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Inside a pressurized chamber, which significantly increases the amount of oxygen dissolved in the blood, allowing for enhanced delivery of oxygen to tissues and promoting faster healing of wounds and damaged areas by boosting the body's natural healing process
